    • Once your service has been completed, there will be no refunds for the work performed. We strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with their service during their appointment. If you have any concerns, please address them before leaving the salon.

If you have any concerns or complaints about your service, please address them at the time of your appointment, while you are still in the salon. This allows us to resolve the issue immediately and make necessary adjustments.

    • If a complaint is raised after leaving the salon, we will not be able to make any changes or offer solutions, as the opportunity to address it has passed.

Before Your Appointment

  1. Indicate Your Preferred Hair Color:

    • Please let us know your preferred hair color at least 24 hours before your appointment. This helps us ensure we have the right supplies ready for you. If you change your mind about the color on the day of your appointment, it may cause a delay.

  2. Wash and Detangle Your Hair:

    • Clean, detangled hair is essential for the best results. Please make sure your hair is washed and completely detangled before you arrive. This saves time and ensures that we can start the service promptly.

    • If you'd like assistance with washing and detangling your hair during your appointment, please note that there will be an additional charge for this service.

  3. Arrive on Time:

    • Arriving on time is crucial for the smooth flow of your appointment and to ensure we can complete the service within the scheduled time frame. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or additional fees.

    • Before we finish, we will do a final check to ensure you're happy with the style and fit. If you notice anything you would like adjusted, let us know before we finish, as we cannot offer changes once the service is complete.
